I’m sorry! That title was just meant to make you read this post. I’m not disclosing somehow you can get rich overnight stuff here. But read on if you want to know how e-commerce can really help you attain financial freedom if done correctly with a planned approach.
E-commerce is true business, it isn’t some method which you can try to make you rich and if it doesn’t work just move on. Opening an e-commerce store is very similar to opening a REAL store the difference is just that you don’t have to spend that much money and your market is much larger than what you can service with a physical location.
Before going further I’d like you to understand one thing and that is that E-commerce isn’t a short term money earning gig. Only start E-commerce if you understand that it takes time to build up a solid business and also requires some capital which you can invest (Though its minimum compared to what’s needed for a physical store). E-commerce can make you RICH but you have to be patient and approach E-commerce as a solid business.
Basically this post is an intro to a new series I’m starting on this blog about E-commerce. I’ll start from the scratch and move on towards the complex details. What’s different about it? This won’t be just a simple theoretical mind map series covering how you can build and run an e-commerce business instead I have a project which will be the case study of this series. So you all will be sharing my journey. I will be starting to build this E-commerce website in the coming week; it’s a project for the company I have recently started working with. I’ll be disclosing the exact details of what I’m doing, how I’m doing, how is it going and what I intend to do with it. So if you are interested in starting an e-commerce business this is a series you can’t miss. This series would be continued for at least 6 months to cover the setup, initial launch, regular operations and marketing aspect of the business. So the purpose of this post was to notify my readers of what I have lined up for them with regards to E-commerce.
The next post in this series would be an introduction of the project where I’ll be telling you what is it that I am doing and how I plan to achieve it. Once that’s done we can get to the fun part and that is implementing it.
